League of Legends: Upcoming Singed Changes

(Photo: League of Legends)

Chances are if you've ever played in the top lane, you've had to deal with Singed. The top lane terror can proxy farm his way to victory and you'll be left there wanting to rage quit. For Singed mains, you're going to have to wait just a little longer.

According to Meddler, League of Legends Lead Gameplay Designer, "Changes won't be shipping in 7.13 after all," said Meddler. "We want to make building damage a better choice, but don't feel we've got the right changelist for that yet."

So instead, Meddler and the team will be looking deeper in order to get Singed just right, starting with his passive ability. "Going to be exploring passive modifications for 7.14, though not guaranteed we'll necessarily ship anything (this is still budgeted as balance work, not an update, though one of those at some point could make some sense too)."

Also, one of League of Legends longest tenured champions could be getting a change to one of his abilities that truly makes him unique. Cho'Gath has always been able to toggle on and off his spikes with his E ability, Vorpal Spikes. In case you missed our article earlier on in the week, we'll catch you up here!

The changes are supposed to make Cho'Gath hurt front lines more and make toggling his E on and off something you have to pay attention to. "Looks like we should be able to ship those previously mentioned Cho changes in 7.14," said Meddler. "What we're currently testing there is changing E to an active rather than a toggle, where it empowers Cho's next three auto attacks with the AOE spikes that deal % max enemy hp as magic damage and apply a decaying slow. CD's really short when leveled. Goals there include giving Cho a more juggernaut like damage profile (able to hurt beefier front lines better if they're all he can reach), putting a bit more interaction into use of the E and adding a bit of power."

10 Top Sexiest League of Legends Skins

One of the largest games in the world, League of Legends is no stranger to well-done character creation and character appearance. As a Free To Play game, though, Riot Games, the game's creator, needed a way to recoup their costs and make it a truly profitable game. Enter the idea of skins. Just like many other Free to Play games, players can purchase new champion outfits (also known as skins) to customize their champion in a new way. As over 90% of League of Legends players are male, it may come as no surprise that many of the female champion skins are pretty easy on the eyes. Short skirts, bare stomachs, and long legs are the par for many of the available female champion skins. Not all sexy skins are created equal, though. Here at some of the 10 Top Sexiest League of Legends skins. Some are still available for purchase while others will just have to be something you lust over. Click Here to Continue

‘League of Legends’ creator sues ‘Mobile Legends’ developer for copyright infringement

Shanghai Moonton Technology’s “Mobile Legends” has certainly been quite a hit for Pinoy mobile gamers. But for PC gamers familiar with the massive multiplayer title “League of Legends” (LoL), both games look eerily and disturbingly similar. According to a lawsuit recently filed in the Central District Court of California, Riot Games is suing the mobile game developer for allegedly copying the interface and overall game play of LoL. The game titles in question are Moonton’s “Mobile Legends: 5V5 MOBA”, “Mobile Legends: Bang Bang” and “Magic Rush: Heroes”, Dotaesports.com reported. The lawsuit enumerated several details of its original title and compared it to Moonton’s mobile version—starting with the games’ respective logos. Image from Riot Games’ lawsuit. A side-by-side comparison of Riot’s “Summoner’s Rift” and its “Mobile Legends” counterpart highlighted its seemingly intended likeness. Image from Riot Games’ lawsuit.
