Joshua Smith blasts PBA officials after Game 5 loss

"PBA officials are terrible." --- Joshua Smith.

Joshua Smith may have finally snapped.

Walking off from the Big Dome Friday down 2-3 in the 2017 PBA Commissioner's Cup Finals, the hulking TNT import said something that may be already obvious to others but will most likely earn him a hefty fine from the league.

"PBA officials are terrible," Smith said after the the KaTropa dropped Game 5 to San Miguel Beer, 102-111.

Asked to elaborate on his comments, Smith didn't flinch and repeated what he said with a straight face.

"PBA officials are terrible. Number 14, 17, [and] 40," he said.

It's unclear what's Smith issue is with officials although one quick look at game stats will show that TNT was called for nine more fouls and shot 17 less free throws compared to San Miguel.

As for Smith himself, he scored 15 points on perfect 7-of-7 shooting and added seven rebounds and four assists. He played 28 minutes and was called for four fouls.

Head coach Nash Racela didn't bother talking about the officiating although he said that limiting San Miguel's free throw attempts should be one of TNT's priorities in Game 6.

"Again we have to limit our turnovers, again, I think that's No. 1," he said after the KaTropa made 10 more errors than the Beermen.

"No. 2, we have to limit San Miguel's free throws," Racela added.

‘League of Legends’ creator sues ‘Mobile Legends’ developer for copyright infringement

Shanghai Moonton Technology’s “Mobile Legends” has certainly been quite a hit for Pinoy mobile gamers. But for PC gamers familiar with the massive multiplayer title “League of Legends” (LoL), both games look eerily and disturbingly similar. According to a lawsuit recently filed in the Central District Court of California, Riot Games is suing the mobile game developer for allegedly copying the interface and overall game play of LoL. The game titles in question are Moonton’s “Mobile Legends: 5V5 MOBA”, “Mobile Legends: Bang Bang” and “Magic Rush: Heroes”, Dotaesports.com reported.
